Changed to my own "personal diet" in the chart, but I'm still a LOW CARBER!
I am following a daily Low Net Carb eating plan similar to Atkins, but I am not strictly adhering to the "list" of acceptable foods in the "phases" that is the Atkins diet. So, I figure I better fess up and admit that I'm really following my own "modified version" that's a low-carb spinoff of Atkins.
