I'm not too worried about the weight gain, I have noticed I gain a pound or two just before I start my cycle. This group of students I have this year are very draining, it's just too many special needs students in one classroom and no support staff to help with the extra attention they need. I get home so tired I don't have the energy for anything. My program is not part of the Union but I totally support the CTU strike for more support staff and to reduce class size. I have 20 students and 4 have IEP's if they reduce my class size and a peara in my room every day and not just one day a week for one of my students it would be a world of difference. Sorry for my rant I just had to get that off my chest.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
