I have lost 5 pounds already in one week and I am never hungry between meals like I used to be. I don't eat many carbs at all sometimes none during a given day but I find that works for me with more sucess. I have been on Atkins 3 other times and it works but I have trouble keeping it off.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I know what you mean. It seems as soon as I start adding some carbs back in I start gaining right away. I may have to stay on induction forever! Lol
