Okay, So if I am correct and in my right frame of mind. Which I am! I am doing just fine on this weight loss journey. I must avoid looking backwards and start looking for the strength to continue. I know that this will come from God and from alot of hard work. I know that it can be done because I have done it before. Walk, walk, walk and now INCORPORATE is the new word for my motivation. It means put everything that you have been taught altogether for a well rounded lifestyle. Make a routine of it and then enjoy your life. With all the pieces of the puzzle, everything will fit together to create a beautiful picture. Now start finding the pieces!
