One pound a week is coming off. I am happy it is going down!
The half hour of rowing is effective- it works the entire body.

The challenge begins today as I hit one full week on the road for work.

168.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
