Stinks to record it, but I was not able to get it back down this week after the camping trip. So, here I am still up. I feel at least a pound or two is just temporary and should come off quickly, maybe even by tomorrow or the next day. I made homemade Chinese last night that was not overly healthy and prob. am retaining some water. Homemade egg rolls and crab rangoon- delicous! I tried a lomein dish too but that didn't turn out too great. I didn't have any recipes and knew I had to be missing some kind of sauce. My belly and body just feel heavy. It was feeling different and lighter before. I don't like this heavy feeling, esp. when you can compare it to feeling lighter just a week ago. It's amazing what even a couple of pounds feels like. It makes my asthma worse and I just feel more sluggish. Yuck. There are many more benefits to losing, exercising and eating right than just a smaller size!
So my new goal will be what it had been for June- to get into the 130's by the end of this month. With exercising and if I work to follow points, I should reach this goal without a problem. I just need to put in the needed work to get there. I am wanting to reach 138 by then. Of course that's when another camping trip is planned!
I have to work today and then Sat. too and then I am free of going in to the office! It's been so much nicer to have the time to get my house back in order at home. The projects are lining up waiting for me to get to them!
