Seeing good results this week before I have been fasting (correctly). 100% zero calorie intake for 16--17 hours and every day I am seeing results. Very happy - my next goal of 85kg is just around the corner!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
