Overindulged at a crawfish boil 🦞. Enjoyed the heck out of it, but now I’m holding lots of fluid. I’m so salt sensitive
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
