Well, could of done better for the holiday weekend, but all in all, I did ok, well not really. I feel like I was very conscious of what I ate, but I did drink and eat more than I should of last night. I had a few crackers with dip, but everything else was on plan. Today is a new day though and I'm back on 100%. I have to remember that I can't let myself sabotage myself just cuz I did'nt do as well as I wanted one day, then get back on the wagon and make it better the next.
