I feel terrific! followed it 100% yesterday! really starting to feel energized and excited about more weight loss and feel ready to add exercise in mix to speed things up! let's do this!

203.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
