Well yesterday was a good day for me, I didn't eat more than 20g carbs, no weight loss this am, but I need to try to not weigh myself everyday. So far so good! I am not craving carbs the way I was, which is fantastic, because I have to make foods for my family that are high in carbs (for me) and I don't feel so deprived that I can't have them too. Yea! That is making sticking to this plan a lot easier for me.
