I not going to stress about the weight, I figure it is because the doctor has me taking 3 types of steroidal meds to clear up this upper rep and sinus infection that hasn't gone away with the antibiotics and is messing with my asthma.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
