Have not been logging food the past week - instead just tracking in my head and ensuring I stay away from junk good. I m glad I was able to do it but looking forward to start tracking again to ensure I don’t have any regression.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
