Down 6.4 lbs in a month. Feeling really good. It's silly but I'm somewhat discouraged it wasn't more weight off. Now for the second 30 days and hopefully the same results. :)

Are you kidding! 6.4 is fabulous. My max is about 4 lbs. Normal is 2.5 to 4 lbs per month. Congratulations!

It's been hard some days and really just not hard at all on others. I'm really motivated to feel better about myself though so it helps stay on track.
