I fell off my diet plan during the weekend! Red lobster all-you-can-eat shrimp is hard to pass up ... I went twice :( Oh well I can't redo my weekend! Time to re-discipline myself lol (this was my weight on Monday morning)
214.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
