Not really moving and I want to reach 81 by 1st September
Sigh 😔
187.6 lb Lost so far: 139.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I want to reach my goal by Oct 29 But I won’t I realise that now but I Will reach my goal just later my fault I was being unrealistic but good luck with yours

Thanks! I lost 42 pounds in 3 months. Down to around 150 now which is ok. Stick to your end goal. You can do it! Good luck
