Day 3 on the KETO. I have been working toward this diet for two weeks...had to use up some of the pantry items, gave a huge amount to the blessings box and the food pantry.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

remember try to stick to real food not artificial items and key is low carb. take the time to do an accurate rdi and then your macros. I like this one it is more conservative and it gives you recommended protein for your activity level. fat secret rdi is a bit on the high side. https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

Thank you to both of you! I am all in....I spend more time studying about what I am about to eat...than the time it takes to eat it. Thanks for the kicker, I will check it out.

Please remember to supplement salt - when eating low carb, the kidneys shed more salt and this can cause dizziness headaches and constipation.
