I moved half a year ago to Sweden and since then I have gained 6 kg!!!
Finally I found some sort of motivation to get back to my aim: 64 kg.
I start now.

159.8 lb
Lost so far: 0 lb.
Still to go: 18.7 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
