Setelah 2 mingguan masa masa plateu dan efek lebaran yang surplus berkali kali akhirnya turun lagi walau cuma 2ons.Saya bahagia😉💃💃
120.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
