increasing the intensity along with adding more weight and more sets to my total body workout looks to be paying off 😊😊 never been so happy in my life going to the gym lol
217.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
