2 months ago, I was down to 169. For a day...It keeps creeping up and I try to balance it all but I see what I am doing wrong; I am not taking in the water I should be plus the amount of exercise I have been doing lately clearly isn't enough. More h2o, more exercise, control portion size and I should be ok.
