So, hubby checked his ketones and since I just like peeing on sticks for fun I tested myself and I am actually in ketosis. I'm not trying because I refuse to give up my goat milk in my coffee, I guess giving up sugar and other carbs is enough for me. Now for results.....need to start exercising again... starting tomorrow.
