Last night we realized we are definitely not getting enough fiber in our low carb diet. Remedy- coconut milk and 2 tbls of Chia seeds. I need about 25 g of fiber to stay regular. This morning I prepared golden milk chia pudding. Turmeric is incredible for relieving inflammation (bloating) plus I added some cinnamon, ginger, cardomon, black pepper, and two drops of monk fruit extract. Hubby bought the monk fruit for me to put in my beloved coffee. I am officially done with consuming added sugars. Really hoping that this change along with some excercise will balance my metabolism and show some positive results.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
