Not change at all from last weigh in, very disappointed, don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but got the feeling my pants are more loose, gonna wait one more week on my Keto, to see if I’m doing something wrong or right
181.4 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
