today will be a challenging day... i am doing take off and i also have my cousins baby shower tonight... there will be lots of temptation and i guess i could just not do the take off today but i actually think it might be a good idea... i will not give in tonight i have planned ahead and there is no way i am going to fall off of plan. this will be a big test for me and i am confident i will stick to plan !!
