I'm a busy mom so I needed to make this into a routine so I knew what I was going to eat at each meal. Mornings are oatmeal with fruit and spices or baked sweet potatoes. It's a little tough eating them without sugar, honey or butter but you feel full afterwards and that's what matters to me. Now I have fuel to get my day started. Lunches are salads or leftover rice and beans. Supper is veggies or rice and beans. Last night, I cooked fish, potatoes, corn and green beans for the family and I just didn't eat the fish.
