I had a better weight loss last week with 2 pounds. Since our TOPS meeting was during spring break the numbers were down and surprisingly I was the biggest loser. Need to get in more exercise this week and figure out why I'm wanting to eat late night. It's weird that was never a problem before now.....what's going on? Starting a new challenge with the Plate Method. Actually came up with a mini challenge to deal with that late night snacking issue.
