2 bananas 60g of frozen blueberries 35ml of Raspberry sorbet 1 cup of cashew milk 6g of hemp protein powder 28g of spinach

Did you use bananas on regular basis for you smoothie, I’m little nervous about the bananas .

Yes!! Bananas are a staple for my smoothies if I don’t have any bananas I won’t make a smoothie. Since im vegan they r almost like a yogurt substitute and really help to make the smoothie thicker and also is a natural sweetener so u don’t have to add sugar!! And honestly just try and smoothie with bananas in it and if u don’t like it that’s totally fine everyone is different and we all have our own sets of taste buds but just give it a go!!! :)

Well I’ve only started working out again around 2 weeks ago (I was really busy with school) so rn I’m just trying to get back into the routine and am see what works best for me. So currently I go to the gym about 6 times a week for about 2 hours. I do 15-30mins of cardio to warm up it’s usually pretty 50/50 with running and walking on a steep incline. Then for the next 1-1.5 hours I do weight training to build muscle and I do more of the all around approach so I do legs then move on to arms and back and then abs. There aren’t a lot of ab machines at my gym so I do what’s available and then move on to a mat where I do crunches leg lifts squats with about 15 pounds a plank for about 2.5 mins all of the basics. But yeah cardio is good for warming up and getting my heart rate going but I get bored way to easily!!😂😂 and building muscle will give me the definition that I’m looking for because I’m not looking to lose weigh rather get lean which will result in weight gain simply because muscle weighs more then fat hope this helped somewhat!! That’s really great. Seems like a lot of time spent in the gym though. Have you ever thought of at home workouts. That’s what I promote because I’m a wellness coach with my wife. The programs we do are all around 45 mins and are done at home with very little equipment. Gives us more time to enjoy life and not be strapped to the four walls of the gym four hours a day. Let me tell you they get the job DONE!!! Lol. If you’d like go check out her page @erica.lomonaco She has her own private group with a whole bunch of other ladies that are all on their fitness journey together. Reach out to her if it interests you and see what it’s all about. But keep up the good work. Your definitely doing your body good.

6 times a week for 2 hours in the gym?! OMG! It’s not too much? Or you do light trainings? is it enough 1 day for your muscles to rest?

I don’t do intense workouts I do everything very slowly and I’m just getting back to the gym so I’m trying out a lot of new things every time a go and seeing if they work for me so that’s what takes up a lot of time but I’m sure once I’ve got a routine down it’ll be about 1.5hours
