Lunch time :) cooked quinoa, roasted chickpeas, broccoli and avocado with leafy salad and yoghurt mustard dressing. Yummy!!!

So inspirational .. I've got chickpeas and squash and looking for some flavoursome tricks to use for them :) This looks amazing.. plus I love the tang of lime and mustard through yogurt with those roasted chickpeas sounds great .. did you roast in spices??

Yes Bandraid, roasted with spices - paprika, cumin, turmeric with drop of olive oil :)
