Last meal of the night. A little late, but definitely a good post-workout meal. Good fiber, protein and good fats.
334g of Nonfat plain greek yogurt - about 10g under 2 servings
60g of quick oats - 1 1/2 servings
21g honey one serving
and cinnamon
