I *love* fat and salt. Oh my god. So I feel your pain. Personally, I try not to bring foods in the house that I like that are bad for me... because I quickly devour them, then feel terrible about myself. Try filling up on fruit. (Fruit's a cheap way to get a sugar fix, and an orange or a bunch of grapes are surprisingly filling. I'll make a snack of a piece of fruit and a piece of string cheese. Mmmm.) If that's not feasible (say, you're craving taquitos, and fruit's just not gonna do it), try eating just half a serving of the frozen/fatty/salty stuff you like, plus a piece of fruit or some raw veggies. Eat everything slowly. After you're done, wait at least 5 minutes to see if you're full. If you are honestly satisfied, stop and do something else. If you honestly are not satisfied, try one more mini snack of something carb-y that's not so bad for you -- a few pieces of crackers, or maybe a piece of string cheese if you can spare the calories and fat right then.
Something I love to eat that's really filling is air-popped popcorn. With a minimal amount of butter and salt, I don't think it's that bad for you. And I'm always full after eating it. As a plus, it'll often fill the same craving that I would have for fries or potato chips.
Keep strong. You can do it.
