Finally started the slim fast diet today and so far I have been good had the following:

1 slim fast shake for breakfast
1 small celemtine for mid morning snack
1 slim fast shake and 4 baby carrots for lunch
dinner will be a suprise since i'm going to my boyfriends house but it is usually healthy

till tomorrow,
