Started using the site. Hope fully I can loose weight I'm young and I don't want to keep feeling like this but I need a steady way to start, I need to start by cutting back on food intake by only having 2032.6 calories. I can loose a pound a week by eating less which I think is true because I think many people over eat way to much but we think its one bite no biggy. I now see what one bite can do I have a friend who watches her self eat beacuse she can see if she is getting fat but I guess when you see your self you know that ok I don't need to eat anymore so I guess I can say I know where she is coming from but still she is really thin yet she wants abs and thin thighs. Like come on think about how I feel when you talk about your body when your like half my size. I know I want to get to 135 lb, But I think I really just want to get to a size that I feel good. I want to loose my stomach so that im under 35 inches so at least I no im healthier than I was before. WoW never knew I had so much to say on my first day but im ready yet scared to see
fried chicken and pizza
in front of me I don't know if I can fight the urge.
