I believe I may have sweated my own body weight in the gym. Man it was horrific, only for I was on my own .. til a bloke walked in then super embarrassing. I like to kill it when I'm on my own, have the place to myself and no critical watchers. Having said that its my own fault haven't been in there for 2 months .. the winter was killing me. But did find core/leg strength surprisingly good .. all the weights and callisthenics must have helped out. Can't believe I knocked out 45 minutes on the rower .. that usually kills me right off. You know I'm going to try give up on the scales .. the numbers are just not budging.. and get back to the stuff I love tennis, swimming, running and cycling and hopefully after all of that I'll be back fit like last summer and able to get out and play rugby and basketball again... fingers toes and everything crossed. Pray for me I can keep it up ;)
