I had a good week! Maintained my calorie intake and workouts with success. Then the weekend hit and the stress of taxes had me off a bit but I'm back on track tomorrow. Until next time ✌😍
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
