So the Fit Boss told me that I'm too structured, and that I do not need to record all my food.. he told me to concentrate on the foods that make me feel good, and if something makes me sluggish, don't eat it again.
In addition, I have decided to allow myself alcoholic drinks only (1) night per week. In that (1) night, a maximum of 3 drinks.
So far, so good - week 2. Last night we went out to dinner at Johnny's bar & steakhouse - hubby had espresso martini, I had water. That was the first time it was tough, but I DID IT!
With these 2 changes, I broke my 19 day plateau...YAY! finally lost a little weight.
If I find myself falling off the nutrition wagon, I will record all food again....as for now, I'm recording my weight and exercise.
