Can’t get away from 159!! Ugh :(
159.2 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Think about changing something up to get past the plateau. different mix of macros, eating a little more, or a little less. Change types of exercise or eating schedule. Just something to shake up the balance a bit. Frustrating now but you will break through.
