Started adding exercise to my routine yesterday. Will see how things go! Was feeling pretty good, until my backside jiggled around like jello while doing some Zumba moves! :-P Definitely need to tone stuff up while losing the remaining weight.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
