Yikes! I still can't get myself going and doing the Power90 workouts everyday... mostly because I'm still a guinea pig for meds with my doc and my fibromyalgia. So, for now, I'm focusing on keeping up good, healthy eating habits, doing some swimming (at least twice a week) and riding my bike.

As soon as my chronic pain is gone, Power90 - here I come!!!!
