Day 5. I feel great! I just want to thank everyone for the great encouragement. Thanks to this site, I have never been more motivated. Although my weight is down to 111 this morning, I have to honestly say that I wasn't exactly sure what my starting weight was. I assumed it was around 115 based on the last time I weighed myself. That probably seems like a low weight to most of you, but I am a very petite person, 5 foot 1.5 (though I like to say 5 foot 2) So I don't carry weight well. My average normal weight is around 100 lbs.

I just want to send out some good vibes to you all to keep on going, no matter how hard. I made it trhough my hardest day yesterday because of you all. Now, I need some motivation to make it through the next two dreaded days, Sat and Sunday. When my hubby is home, it throws me off and he and the kids love to eat. So I need to make it through the weekend. I still have not worked out yet, but I will today defintley. Have a Great day everybody.

Plan your meals. Save extra points for snacks. Go for a walk when the temptations strike. Be good to yourself. You're doing great. Keep going!

Hey we are the same height. I find it pretty hard to keep my weight down below 105. I think my frame is larger than most women my size. "I'm big boned" Ha Ha. My biggest worry is getting to my goal weight and staying there. If I'm not losing weight I tend to gain. I can't stay at one weight for too long, and I can't constantly lose weight or people will think I have a problem. You seem to be doing really good! I know the weekends are hard for me too! Maybe if it isn't too cold where you're at, you could take the kids out for a walk or play in the snow if you have any. I will stay away from food by taking my dogs out to play. Well Good luck!
