alhamdulillah that was day 2. one and a half kgs down in two days. let's gone I lose 1 and a half more in the next four days. I have to go to this conference with my mother in law to Islamabad. it's this Thursday. three days left excluding today and I'm crash dieting. well as much as a breastfeeding mother can anyway. I've started weaning Omair as well so I'm not too worried about my milk supply
