So glad I got back on FS! Already down over 1lb and getting ready to get back into the keto swing of things. Currently have my fats around 50%, carbs between 30-34% and the rest in protein. Cooking at home and loving it. Need to get to the store so I can eliminate that morning Dunkin Donuts coffee and sandwich. Big shop planned for this weekend and next week keto all the way baby!!! Was sad to see my progress bar turn from yellow to orange, but give me a week or two and BAM! I will see yellow again!! Good luck to all! Getting off track doesn't mean we have to give up!
