well, yesterday went well, Although I haven't exercised yet this week. That is really not my style not to exercise when I'm following my diet, but it's been a weird week. defintely Friday and the weekend and starting for sure strictly next week. Well, Today is Thursday, my work/challenge day. I'm scared. I always start out the day good and then end up binging. I can't let that happen anymore. I'm short on time, but please, please when I get home from work, I need some encouragement to help me not do it. I'm counting on someone to come through and make me want to keep plugging away. Just knowing that tonight will be a challenge is half the battle won already! There are so many things you can eat that will fill you up and not cost much in points. Make a 0 point veggie soup to have as soon as you get home. It's fast to make and fills your tummy while you take time to prepare your dinner. Drink a big glass of water to help quell the grumblies for a bit. Eat some air popped or light microwave popcorn. Come on here and post about how you feel. Phone a friend and ask them to talk you through it! Every new strategy that you can find that helps, even if only a little, to keep you on your path is a new weapon to remember for when the next time strikes. You can do this. Dig down deep and pull every ounce of inner strength up to face your demons! Fight!
