Making steady progress! Seeing results is my main motivator to stay on track along with changing to a healthier lifestyle. My family is noticing my shrinking waistline! I proud of myself for sticking with my diet because boy was there a lot of temptation around me! Not only was this Easter weekend, but my brother's birthday weekend as well. On Saturday, we celebrated my brother's 9th birthday and there were my favorite fatty foods: chicken tenders, hot wings, curly cheese fries... I did cheat with a scoop of ice cream and a very thin sliver of birthday cake, but that was my limit. On Easter Sunday, the only things I could eat were turkey, string beans and a salad. I stayed far away from the dressing and spaghetti. I'm excited to see my progress at the end of the month!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
