I'm back playing tennis. Found some new buddies who play well and hope that will turn into a regular practice thing. I hope if I'm out pounding a court hard for an hour or so 4 times a week .. hopefully I will get back into my regular rhythm again. It gets to be a pain in the butt figuring out calories day to day. And I am never actually sure if I'm counting them right at all to begin with!
