sorry i havent updated in a few days. haven't been able to get on the internet. challenge for this month: no bread:) and since it is my stable food it'll definitely be hard to shake it off
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
