I had a massive carb out yesterday. It was kind of deliberate. I have been having a fair bit of insomnia .. which I never suffer from. Plus some headaches (also never ever have headaches/ unless I bang my head off something). Then although I was constantly full feeling all day .. this also rare as before trying Keto I would get hunger pangs the odd time.. I was having terrible rumblings in my stomach a couple of hours after going to bed (odd as hell). So I onlined and it would seem all of this could be attributed to a lack of carbs... something I have never ever skimped on before because I love my veg and salads.
So, guess what yesterday I carb feasted and I got a great nights sleep !! Hallelujah. Now I'm up half a pound but it seems worth it, first time rested in a month. Happy Yednesday Y'all its half ways to the weekend x
