So yesterday I only at apples because I felt I was drinking more water and actually peeing just a little and my feet were starting to swell. And not to mention the low energy. I did not want to take water pills as they make my heart beat out of rhythm. I also drank apple cider vinegar tea in the morning and evening before bed. I spent most of my night going to the loo, so it worked.
I feel much better and I can surely say the water has left my body. I still drink 2L a day. tomorrow is my weigh-in, cant wait to see I'm at.

Add ginger and beetroot to your food intake. They help to make your body lose water.
