Day 4 of new Induction plan, and I feel pretty good! Injured my head pretty bad on a cabinet door Tuesday night but didn't let that throw me off track, couldn't exercise but still ate well. Lost 2 pounds already, probably water weight, but that's ok! Not tired of chicken and veggies yet lol!
