The elimination of alcohol and soft drink has worked wonders. I am eating what I feel like eating (in moderation) and usually skipping either lunch or dinner without feeling as though I am starved. Walking regularly, not in a planned exercise scenario though. I just get out more with my camera and park a little further away so I need to walk a little more.
